If you go to Italy and ask for a Machane Yehudah pizza, Italians will probably raise their eyebrows at you and throw you out of the shop.

“That will never happen here,” says Matan Sofri, manager at Bardak Pizza in Jerusalem.

Bardak – Russian slang that means “a mess” – is the hottest pizza parlor in Jerusalem, offering a creative pizza menu with a twist.  Each pizza carries the name of a different Jerusalem neighborhood and shows its uniqueness through its toppings.
