Capturing the revival of Jewish life!
On a recent trip to Russia, we had the opportunity to visit the World ORT School in St. Petersburg, the flagship school of what is now the world’s largest Jewish education and vocational training non-governmental organization.
While at the school, we met 13-year old Polina Pozdeeva. Polina is a student at the ORT school, and a photographer in her free time. She participates in the school’s TV program, and when she grows up she wants to be a TV camera woman.
Watching the students run through the hallways, and taking in the scene, Polina told us she especially likes the fact that she can capture life in stills.
